Brumful of Asha: A Tribute to Asha Bhosle

Asha BhosleFor nearly 60 years Asha has been the embodiment of Bollywood music, from its classical beginnings through its funky 60s and 70s scores to its present day chart-toppers. She continues to branch out in new directions, collaborating with artists from AR Rehman to Adnan Sami Khan to Michael Stipe - still inspired, still topping the charts, still improving.

Now that you've had a chance to enjoy a range of her work from over the years (see below), today you can hear from her in person, talking about her unique career, her fruitful collaborations with the likes of Mohamed Rafi, RD Burman and Rehman, and her plans for the future. Asha will be in conversation with writer and broadcaster Nasreen Munni Kabir, and there will also be an opportunity for questions from the audience.
